We do not sell embroidery designs but the license to purchase them from our official licensed digitizers.
We reserve the right to change and modify the terms of use at any time, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that he or she is aware of any changes.
This is a license agreement between cute-graphics.com / graphicsandgraphics.com and the buyer.
Partial License For Embroiders
If you purchase embroidery designs from our official licensed
members, to use for items that you sell, and where ever money is
involved, this means that you own a business, therefore you
need our license to make money off of our artwork. this includes
selling, auctioning, raffling, fundraising etc.
By purchasing our Partial License you are authorized to purchase from our digitizers and use our artwork in embroidery format ONLY to embroider and manufacture your own products for sale, this license is personal. Can not be shared or given away. It is for your use only
This license is a one time fee and has the cost of 70 Euro
You are required to respect our terms of use below at all times.

You are NOT allowed to share, or gift the embroidery designs you purchase from our clients, in any way, this includes but not limited to any type of groups, such as yahoo, msn etc, family or friends, Sharing is not allowed it damages our business and our client's business. Do not think we will not find out because it is always a matter of time, and your license will be no longer valid. It is a serious violation of copyright laws. Save us and yourself a lot of precious time, and do as required. the artwork represented on our digitizer's designs are copyrighted to us only, by sharing not only do you violate the law, but many hours of our hard work, goes down the drain! Remember that without artwork and digitizers, you would have no business at all! We make it possible for you to earn money so be smart. No Sharing!

You are NOT allowed to sell the embroidery designs you have purchased from our licensed digitizers. But only the items you manufacture by embroidering with these designs.

This license does not include password for the bonus artwork if you want to receive the login information for free download of our artwork, the Full License is required.
