Our License grants you permission for the use of our graphics ONLY it does NOT grant you exclusive rights to do what you please. It is required that you read, respect and understand the following, if you have any doubts, referring anything not listed here do not assume you can do it, but contact us.
You are not authorized to use our artwork to manufacture your own products for sale in any way or form, throughout any business or site such as eBay or elsewhere without the purchase of our license, the license is personal. As you would not even dream of having some one else drive a car with your drivers license, it is the same thing here, whoever manufactures items for profit with our graphics, no matter what form they are in, needs to purchase their own license from us. This includes your clients. In other words
If your items are purchased and used by Your Clients, for their PERSONAL USE ONLY , we do not require that they purchase our license. On the contrary if they purchase your items for their own business then they are required to purchase THEIR OWN LICENSE, and respect our terms.

The unauthorized redistribution of an image, for profit, in any way or form, without permission or license from the copyright owner is an illegal act of copyright infringement. Due to rip-offs from previous experiences, we now require that each product displayed on your site must be sampled, using the words Sample, Preview or the name of your site visible over each and ever graphic, to avoid future rip-offs.

Web designers may create and sell banners, buttons, and matching accessories for their sets under one condition that the web designer personalizes each item for her own client with their name partially over the graphic.

You may create and sell any type of school products to your clients for their school needs. Not to be resold.

You may create and sell scrap book items to your clients for their own personal use.

You may print and sell checkbooks to your clients for their own personal use.

Membership for personal use will no longer be accepted due to violation of my terms among many personal use members, that don't often use them for their own personal use only.
